THWS provides a Zoom account for all lecturers, students, and staff. This commercial video conferencing tool is ideal for online lectures, seminars, meetings, study groups, and much more.

You can obtain a THWS Zoom account by following these steps:

• Register at https://thws-de.zoom-x.de using your THWS e-mail address.
• Do not use your THWS password for this.
• You will then receive an e-mail in your THWS inbox. Click on the confirmation link contained within.
• Your account is now activated and you can use the basic version of Zoom.
• To obtain a licence, you will need to log in to the Zoom website again.
  Please consolidate your account when doing so.
  If the prompt to consolidate does not appear, please request a "Zoom registration invitation" from the ITSC Helpdesk
