[Translate to Englisch:] Mailinglisten

Create mailing lists

The ITSC offers you the option of setting up public mailing lists.  These mailing lists allow you to easily exchange messages via email with a group of people. There is no need for cumbersome lists of e-mail addresses; you and the participants only need to remember one e-mail address. Participants can update their own e-mail addresses themselves, ensuring that the list is always up to date.

Private use

ITSC offers THWS employees the opportunity to request mailing lists via the helpdesk. These lists may only be used for official purposes.

The lists must not be used for private purposes.

Requests

To request a mailing list, you must provide the intended name and the future administrator's e-mail address. Should there be conflicts with existing names, we will consult with the applicant. If there are no conflicts, the administrator will receive an e-mail containing the login details for the new mailing list and can then set it up according to their requirements.
