Change password

You can change your current password. There are three ways to do this.

Outlook Web App – Webmail
Student Portal
Workstation computers at THWS (internal use only)

It is not possible to change your password via the E-Learning system or the CampusPortal (even if the relevant fields are displayed there).

Forgotten password

You can only reset your password yourself via the Student Portal. Initially, the private e-mail address you used to enrol is stored for the reset. You can change your private e-mail address in the Campus Portal.

Important

Please note that changing your password will affect all services you use at THWS (e.g. Student Portal, E-Learning, Wi-Fi, etc.). If you use multiple devices such as a smartphone, laptop, and/or tablet, you must change the passwords on all the devices you use to access the Wi-Fi. If you have saved any passwords (e.g. in your browser), these must also be changed.

Please also note that it may take up to 20 minutes for the new password to be updated across all systems before you can log in again.
