ITSC Helpdesk - Support
The IT Service Center (ITSC) is a central department at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt and provides information and communication technology services for the entire University.
For support from the ITSC, simply send an e-mail with your enquiry to the Helpdesk.
Please always send enquiries (where possible) from your THWS e-mail address, including the following details
- a detailed description of the problem, including screenshots if applicable
- systems affected
- details of location (if applicable, for staff)
- student number (for students)
- contact telephone number
